OK, this seems like the most sensible thing to do in order to figure out how can help us transport the gear + set up the equipment for the Meetups:
A recurring monthly event has been set up a 1/2 hour before the meetup and limited to just 2 open spots. If you can help carry and set up things on that day, please say you’re attending the “P.A. Crew” event. You can sign up for the February one here:
